Bayern Munich boss Louis van Gaal has called for the introduction of a transfer window for coaches. The Dutchman, who is leaving the Allianz Arena at the end of the season by mutual consent, was shocked to see Felix Magath sacked from Schalke and join former club Wolfsburg just days later.
"The world is crazy", said Van Gaal to German daily Bild.
"We have a transfer window for players. I think that it is now necessary for coaches too. It is not normal for Magath to move from Wolfsburg to Schalke and then back to Wolfsburg."
And Van Gaal also thinks this may have stopped other coaches getting run, stating: "This may be unfair competition."
