AC Milan are considering a summer swoop for Borussia Dortmund’s impressive Japanese midfielder Shinji Kagawa.
Kagawa has been a sensation since he arrived in Germany, having been snapped up for just €350,000. Also starring in Japan’s 2011 Asian Cup victory, as well as looking likely to help Dortmund to the Bundesliga title, this season has been a superb one for the midfielder.
And it has not gone unnoticed in Milan, with AC officials considering trying to tempt Kagawa to Italy. An initial bid of €12M has been mooted, although it is quite possible Dortmund will want substantially more than that just to ponder accepting the offer.
