West Ham are believed to be keen on Nancy defender Joel Sami as they begin their planning for next season.
The Congo international has enjoyed a solid campaign with the Ligue 1 club, having clocked up 23 appearances and helped Nancy to, so far, steer clear of the drop zone.
The Premier League side are not the only club hot on Sami’s tail however, as La Liga outfit Getafe are also thought to be plotting a move for the 26-year-old.
Sami does have some experience of English clubs, having spent some time on trial at both Bolton Wanderers and Leeds United back in 2003.
