Chelsea winger Florent Malouda is being tipped for a possible return to former club Lyon this summer as the Blues look to reshape their side for the 2011/12 campaign.
The Frenchman remains a popular figure at the Stade Gerland and Lyon are thought to have made initial enquiries at Stamford Bridge with a view to taking the 30-year-old back to the side he represented between 2003 and 2007.
However, German giants Bayern Munich are also thought to have requested that they be kept informed about Malouda’s situation and the Allianz Arena club could yet offer Malouda an alternative route out of London.
