Reports from Spain suggest Real Madrid have sent scouts to watch Queens Park Rangers’ midfielder Adel Taarabt and Los Blancos have received glowing reports.
The Football League Player of the Season, the 21-year-old has been key in QPR’s rise to the top of the Championship. And his heroics have not gone unnoticed in Madrid, with Marca reporting that Florentino Perez is ready to make the Moroccan his first signing of the summer.
Real Madrid however are not the only Spanish club interested in Taarabt, with Villarreal also running the rule over the former Tottenham Hotspur player. The Yellow Submarines see much potential in the QPR man and would love to jump to the front of the queue to take him to La Liga.
Taarabt is rated at €10M.
