Argentine defender Ezequiel Garay has been linked with a move away from Real Madrid to Sporting Lisbon.
The 24-year-old has struggled for playing time at the Bernabeu under Jose Mourinho and is believed to fancy a fresh challenge, growing frustrated at his lack of first team action.
Garay has been monitored by Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon who, after a season in which they have slipped well behind arch rivals Benfica and seen FC Porto win the league at a canter, are planning big changes.
