Following reports that Manchester United have agreed a fee with Atletico Madrid for goalkeeper David de Gea, the Spaniard has denied signing anything with the English club and reaffirmed his commitment to the Vicente Calderon outfit.

"I have signed nothing", said De Gea when questioned by the Spanish press on the prospect of a switch to Old Trafford.

"I am happy at Atletico and have a contract until 2013. Currently I concentrate on my club and achieving European football for next season."

However, the youngster did leave the door open for a possible move in the summer by admitting that, whatever he felt, the club would make the final decision over his future and it all depends on how much Atletico wish to keep him.

"Until the end of the season in any case I have no decision to make. I’ve been at Atletico for years and I feel very connected to this club. If Atletico fight to keep me here it could be difficult to leave. It’s still my club."

De Gea is thought to be at the top of Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson’s shopping list, with a fee of around €20M believed to be enough to tempt Atletico to pack his bags.
