AC Milan are eyeing up FC Porto striker Hulk. The Rossoneri recently went public with their desire to snap up Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid this summer, but any such deal looks but a distant dream.

Coach Massimiliano Allegri therefore has presented owner Silvio Berlusconi with a list of more attainable targets – and it includes Hulk.

Hulk is under contract with the Portuguese giants until 2014 and his buy-out clause is a mammoth €100M, a figure Milan would not meet. However, the feeling in Italy is that the 24-year-old Brazilian may be ready to move to a more competitive league having begun to dominate Portuguese football.

Milan can be expected to test Porto’s resolve to keep hold of Hulk when the transfer window opens once again.
