Valenciennes midfielder Carlos Sanchez is aware of interest in his services from Greek giants Olympiacos, but insists he has not signed for the club.
The 25-year-old Colombia international moved to Valenciennes in 2007 and since that time has established himself as a permanent fixture in the Ligue 1 side’s first eleven.
Valenciennes would be reluctant to lose Sanchez, but Olympiacos could make an offer to the player that is too good to turn down, and the French club’s president has already agreed he can leave if he so wishes.
"My agent told me about their interest some weeks ago", admitted Sanchez to L’Equipe.
"I have an agreement with the president about my departure next summer. I have not signed for anybody, but I have not said ‘no’."
