Manuel Neuer is expected to be playing his football in the Allianz Arena next season after admitting he has made up his mind about his future.
The Schalke goalkeeper has been interesting Bayern Munich and Manchester United, although the English club took note of Neuer’s comments that he did not see any reason to leave Germany. This, coupled with Schalke’s poor season in the Bundesliga, has pushed Bayern to the front of the queue.
"I made my decision, people who should know are aware, everything is settled", said Neuer.
Bayern will now test the waters with a €20M bid for Neuer and are confident such a figure should be enough to prise him away from Schalke.
