French left back Aly Cissokho has revealed that he is dreaming of playing in the English Premier League. The 23-year-old currently turns out for Ligue 1 giants Lyon and shot to prominence in 2009 with Portuguese side FC Porto.

However, despite enjoying life at the Stade Gerland, Cissokho would be keen to experience Premier League football with one of England’s biggest club sides.

"The league would be ideal for me because I could show my potential and evolve", said the 23-year-old when asked about a switch to the Premier League.

"Manchester United, Arsenal, Manchester City or Liverpool and Chelsea are clubs that everyone dreams about playing for."

Cissokho cost Lyon a substantial €15M to buy from Porto and it is unlikely the French outfit would agree to sell their left back for anything less than that figure. The defender meanwhile stressed that he was "happy at the biggest club in France."
