Lyon coach Claude Puel is refusing to be drawn into speculation about his future as Les Gones boss.

The French manager has come under immense pressure due to his side failing to mount a realistic Ligue 1 title challenge. Indeed, with the recent defeat away to Paris Saint-Germain, Lyon could even miss out on Champions League football.

Sitting inside the Champions League spots, holding a one-point advantage over PSG, the pressure is continuing to build on Puel, with suggestions he will not be in charge next season.

"There is nothing to comment on", said Puel to L’Equipe when questioned about his future at the Stade Gerland.

"The only thing that matters to me is the final straight. My present is Lyon. My future too for that matter."

Puel’s current deal with Lyon expires in 2013.
