Former Argentina coach Diego Maradona has been linked with a return to the game at San Lorenzo.
Maradona is amongst the candidates being considered to take over in the dugout after Ramon Diaz departed.
Leading the search is San Lorenzo’s president Carlos Abdo, who confirmed that "we have contact with members of his entourage."
The legendary figure has been out of work since leaving his job as Argentina coach last summer. A return to the game with San Lorenzo could well appeal to Maradona, with the side currently sitting in 11th spot in the Argentine Clasura.
