Juventus striker Luca Toni has declared himself delighted to be at the Turin club, but stressed if the team deem him surplus to requirements in the summer he will have no problem leaving.

Toni is under contract until 2012 in Turin, although this has not stopped several sides sniffing around and sounding out the player over his potential availability – chief amongst them Malaga.

But Toni would be delighted to remain with Juventus and play in the club’s new stadium next season.

"Arriving at Juve for me was a dream and I would love to play in the new stadium", said the striker.

"In any case, if the club decides they do not want to put their faith in me, I would leave without controversy. I would not want to be a burden."
