Paris Saint-Germain have their eye on Getafe midfielder Derek Boateng as they look to strengthen for next season.
The 28-year-old has popped onto the French club’s radar this season and could well be available from his Spanish side for the right price.
The capital club are fourth in Ligue 1 with just one game to go, and could yet pip Lyon to the all-important third and final Champions League spot. Lyon must travel to relegation haunted Monaco, while Paris Saint-Germain face a trip to Saint-Etienne.
Boateng is extremely well-travelled, having started his professional career at the age of just 16 in Greece with Kalamata.
At 18 years old, the Ghanaian was appearing for Athens giants Panathinaikos in the Champions League and has since played in Sweden, Israel and Germany, before his switch to Getafe in 2009.
