A summer transfer target for both Chelsea and Manchester United, Dutch schemer Wesley Sneijder has played down the chances of him leaving Inter.

The Dutchman arrived at the San Siro in 2009 after being judged surplus to requirements at Real Madrid. Under Jose Mourinho however, the former Ajax man was transformed, becoming the integral part of the Portuguese’s Treble-winning team of the 2009/10 campaign.

And despite enduring a somewhat disappointing season in 2010/11 in the first year of the post-Mourinho era at the Nerazzurri, Sneijder is still more than happy in Serie A.

"At Inter there is a family atmosphere and every reason to aim high", said Sneijder.

Indeed, despite constant transfer speculation over a switch to either Chelsea or Manchester United, the midfielder is not ready to leave the Nerazzurri, and Milan in particular.

"Milan is beautiful, colourful, here elegance reigns. I love it.

"At the moment I am very happy here. I do not see why I should go."
