Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas has warned Sergio Aguero that he may not feel comfortable making the move from Atletico Madrid to the Bernabeu.

Aguero is keen to leave the Vicente Calderon in search of silverware and Champions League football, but also wishes to remain in La Liga – and that puts Real Madrid in the driving seat for his services.

But although a move to join Casillas and co. has appeared to be just a matter of time, there is still little suggesting progress has been made and the Real Madrid goalkeeper himself believes a cross-city switch could be tough for Aguero.

"I think that for a player it is very difficult to move to a club in the same city", said Casillas.

"I don’t think that Aguero would feel comfortable moving from Atletico to Real.

However, Casillas also praised Aguero’s quality, placing him in an elite group of performers.

"He is one of those three or four players in the whole world that have something more. He is young, talented and determined. This is why he is tracked by so many clubs."
