Reports from Spain suggest that Barcelona are hoping to finalise the transfers of both Cesc Fabregas and Alexis Sanchez on Tuesday.
Barcelona President Sandro Rosell is currently taking in the first group games at the 2011 Copa America, but is expected to land back in Spain on Tuesday, when he will hope to be able to, at once, confirm both deals.
The fees for both players look close to agreement and personal terms are a formality, with Fabregas and Sanchez each happy with the offers on the table at the Camp Nou.
Chile international Sanchez will cost Barcelona a basic fee of €27M, plus add-ons and a player heading to Udinese.
Fabregas meanwhile is the more expensive of the pair, with Barcelona paying Arsenal €35M plus add-ons which should take the figure closer to €40M.
