Fenerbahce President Aziz Yildirim and 30 other people have been arrested as part of a match fixing investigation into Turkish football.
Also arrested by police was Fenerbahce’s vice-president, Trabzonspor’s vice-president and an official from Eskisehirspor.
Current players were arrested too, including two Turkish internationals.
A number of games are under investigation, including Fenerbahce’s final game of the season, a 4-3 win over Sivasspor.
Fenerbahce won last season’s Turkish Super Lig title, beating Trabzonspor in what had been a gripping and close race.
