Inter are ready to step up a gear in the race for Lille forward Eden Hazard.

Lille, Ligue 1 champions, remain set on keeping Hazard, but the young Belgian has begun to push for a move, with Paris Saint-Germain his destination of choice.

PSG have a €70M budget this summer and €30M has been mooted as the amount the capital club will pay for Hazard. Turkish forward Mevlut Erding could even be included in the deal to force Lille’s hand.

However, Inter have been monitoring the situation and are ready to rival PSG if given any hint that Lille will begin to listen to offers.

The 20-year-old could be tempted by Inter’s ability to offer Champions League football, something Hazard will not find at the Parc des Princes next season.
