Kaka has ruled out any chance of a move away from Real Madrid this summer by revealing that Jose Mourinho has asked him to remain at the Bernabeu.
There has been speculation surrounding the Brazilian after two disappointing seasons with Los Blancos, but Kaka is determined to turn his fortunes in Spain around – and he has Mourinho’s backing to do so.
"I want to stay in Madrid", said Kaka.
"My fellow players and the staff have confidence in me.
"Mourinho? He’s asked me to take my chances and to play with confidence."
Kaka’s words appear to rule out the prospect of a return to AC Milan this summer. The Brazilian schemer had been mooted as a possible target for the Rossoneri as they aim to win the Champions League next season.
