Chile international Alexis Sanchez has declared his delight at landing at Barcelona.
Sanchez was the subject of a fierce transfer battle this summer, but it was the European Champions that won the day with the 22-year-old revealing that he has dreamt of turning out at the Camp Nou ever since he was a child.
The former Udinese man also confirmed that he felt Barcelona was the place to head to in order to give himself the very best opportunity of picking up silverware.
"Me and my family thought Barca would be a good club for winning titles and being happy", said Sanchez.
"It has been a dream since I was a child."
And the Chilean, who will take the number 9 shirt, believes Barcelona are the biggest club in world football.
"I am very happy. I didn’t expect this.
"This is the biggest club in the world. I hope to do the best I can."
