Werder Bremen striker Marko Arnautovic has admitted that he is aware that Dutch coach Fred Rutten would like to take him to PSV Eindhoven.

The Austrian forward did not enjoy the smoothest of campaigns with Werder last season and could well welcome a change of scenery.

That is something that Arnautovic knows Rutten would love to provide.

"Rutten would like to have me", Arnautovic told Bild.

"Whether I will go to PSV or not, I don’t know."

The striker’s brother, who also acts as his agent, explained that a move to PSV would appeal to Arnautovic, although no offer has yet been made.

"PSV are a top club", said Danijel Arnautovic.

"Amongst others, Ronaldo, Ruud van Nistelrooy and Romario have played there. But I have no written offer."
