Bayern Munich have played down talk they are ready to swoop on Fiorentina for Riccardo Montolvio.
La Viola’s star midfielder has attracted attention this summer, with Juventus keen and AC Milan also thought to have considered a move.
But one destination the Italy international will not land is the Allianz Arena, according to Bayern’s sporting director Christian Nerlinger.
"Montolvio does not interest us", said Nerlinger.
The Bayern transfer supremo also confirmed that the German side consider their work in the summer market to be complete.
"Our market is closed", confirmed the former midfielder.
