Former Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain striker Mateja Kezman is back in European football.

But the well-travelled 32-year-old has not landed in a recognised league and instead his destination is Belarus giants BATE Borisov.

Kezman was tempted by the offer of Champions League football at the perennial European participants.

The forward most recently had a spell with Hong Kong side South China.

BATE have been drawn in Group H of the Champions League alongside Czech side Plzen, European Champions Barcelona and Italian giants AC Milan.

Kezman will hope a positive impression could be his path back to the big time.
