West Ham left back Herita Ilunga could be set for a deadline day transfer.

The 29-year-old is a target for both Turkish giants Trabzonspor and Scottish outfit Celtic.

Ilunga suffered the pain of relegation with West Ham to the Championship last season, but could find himself playing Champions League football with Trabzonspor if the Super Lig side can agree a deal.

Trabzonspor were nominated to succeed Fenerbahce in the Champions League group stage by the Turkish FA following the match-fixing storm engulfing the Yellow Canaries.

And Trabzonspor have contacted West Ham to make clear their wish to take Ilunga to Turkey.

Scottish side Celtic though look likely to make a late move of their own to take the Congo star to Parkhead.
