La Liga giants Sevilla are set to pick from between two players to strengthen their attacking options in January.
On the Andalusian club’s list are Wigan Athletic striker Hugo Rodallega and Vitesse hitman Bony Wilfred.
Snaring 26-year-old forward Rodallega could prove difficult, with Juventus and Fulham also known to hold an interest in the Colombian international.
Nevertheless, Sevilla have been impressed with Rodallega and believe he would flourish in La Liga and require relatively little time to adapt to the Spanish game.
Wilfred could prove an equally difficult target to snap up, with Vitesse only having bought the Ivorian this year, signing him from Sparta Prague.
In Holland the 23-year-old has hit the ground running and has bagged eight goals in 12 games so far this season.
Sevilla could then be forced to turn their attention elsewhere if their two primary targets prove impossible to sign.
