New York Red Bulls defender Tim Ream could soon receive an offer from English Premier League outfit West Bromwich Albion after impressing the club’s manager Roy Hodgson.
The American stopper has spent a few days training with West Brom and Hodgson has been impressed with what he has seen.
"He did well", the former Liverpool manager told the club’s official website.
"He’s made a good impression upon everyone", added Hodgson.
And a loan offer could be forthcoming for Ream.
"We think he’s going to be a good player. We’d consider a loan for the second half of the season, absolutely", said the Baggies boss.
"I think the principle discussion with regard to a loan or a purchase of Tim Ream would have to be made with the club with whom he signed a contract – New York Red Bulls.
"I think he could play in the Premier League."
