Neymar should remain at Santos until after the 2014 World Cup according to his coach Muricy Ramalho.

The Brazilian wonderkid has been the subject of much interest, with Barcelona, Chelsea and Real Madrid all ready to pounce given the slightest indication that the hitman believes his time at Santos to have come to an end.

But Neymar, who recently signed a new long-term contract with the Copa Libertadores holders, has shown no sign of wanting to end his spell in Brazilian football.

And Santos coach Ramalho believes that after the 2014 World Cup, which Brazil is set to host, will be the time to head to Europe.

"I feel he will be able to prepare better if he stays in Brazil", said Ramalho, looking ahead to the 2014 tournament.

"The time to go to Europe will be after the World Cup.

"The people who manage his career are doing a perfect job. This is not the time to go to Europe."
