Bayern Munich are ready to splash the cash on Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Marco Reus.

 

The 22-year-old has been one of the stars of the first half of the Bundesliga season and is tipped to continue his progression.

 

Reus has attracted attention from the Bavarians, while both Arsenal and Liverpool have been mooted as following his feats for Gladbach.

 

The Germany international has so far notched ten goals in the Bundesliga and big money bids are expected to arrive at Borussia-Park.

 

Bayern Munich will be at the head of those offers, with sources close to the Allianz Arena indicating that €18M will be splurged to ensure Reus is snapped up and kept out of the clutches of foreign teams.

 

The midfielder is under contract with Gladbach until 2015.
