Midfielder Joe Cole is loving life at Lille and has praised the work of coach Rudi Garcia.
The Englishman is on a season-long loan at the Ligue 1 champions from Premier League side Liverpool and speculation has been rife that he could remain at the French outfit beyond the end of the current campaign.
Money issues cloud that though, with Lille believed to be paying just one-third of the 30-year-old’s Liverpool salary.
On the pitch though the situation could not be better, with Cole enjoying his time working under Garcia.
"It’s brilliant", said the former Chelsea star.
"Here it is different from what I’ve always been asked to do before.
"It takes time to adjust, but it has opened my eyes to the future.
"My team-mates are really good players and really strong technically."
