Sources in Germany have confirmed that Borussia Dortmund midfielder Mario Gotze is prepared to snub interest from Arsenal and Manchester United.
While the German international is not planning to leave Signal Iduna Park just yet, the word is that he would only quit Jurgen Klopp’s men to move to either Barcelona or Real Madrid.
Dortmund remain steadfast in their determination not to accept any offers for Gotze and the Spanish giants have, like the English pair, been warned off even contemplating a bid.
This though has not stopped the interest in Gotze from growing and Dortmund will soon have offers to consider, even if the Bundesliga champions look set to reject any bids that arrive.
In the future though it is believed Gotze would welcome the opportunity to test his skills in La Liga, either with Los Blancos or the Blaugrana.
Gotze has notched five goals so far in this season’s Bundesliga.
