Brest striker Nolan Roux is reported to have reached an agreement over a move to Lille.

The highly rated hitman, who came close to joining Schalke in the summer, is a player of serious interest to Rudi Garcia’s French champions.

And Nord-Eclair has confirmed that Roux has fleshed out the terms of an agreement with the club.

A problem lies in the transfer fee to be paid to Brest and specifically how much of that will go to the player’s former club, Lens.

And so Lille are playing it cool, as president Michel Seydoux has indicated.

"At present no door is closed.

"There is no question to answer yes or no to on a particular issue."
