Biglia has been consistently linked with an exit from the Belgian giants and his agent has previously confirmed that he feels ready to move to compete in a bigger league.

Fiorentina had been mooted to have made a concrete bid for the pass-master of late, but Biglia knows nothing of any offer and instead is steeling himself to see out the season with Anderlecht.

"I assume that I will stay at Anderlecht until the end of the season", said Biglia.

"There are still beautiful challenges here in both the Europa League and the championship."

At 26 years old though, the Argentine well admits that the time to move to a more competitive league is fast approaching, with his international ambitions having suffered for playing in Belgium.

"I feel good at Anderlecht. My wife and my daughter love the Belgian capital.

"But it’s clear that a big competition would help me get back into the national team."
