Inter are considering bringing forward a planned swoop for Rennes midfielder Yann M’Vila.

The Nerazzurri have had the 21-year-old in mind for their shopping next summer, but the Italian giants are believed to be mulling over bidding for M’Vila now according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

This could have the effect of flushing out interest from English Premier League outfit Arsenal, whose manager Arsene Wenger is a confirmed fan of the French midfield enforcer and who has too been eyeing a move for M’Vila’s services next summer.

Inter have also been linked with Manchester City midfielder Gareth Barry and what does appear clear is that the 2010 Champions League winners are deep in discussions over strengthening the centre of the park.

M’Vila snubbed interest from several clubs last summer after deciding that his development would be better served by another season in Ligue 1.

Whether the France international would be willing to leave Rennes mid-season remains to be seen, but any offer from Inter would be tempting.
