Tottenham Hotspur have parted company with coaches Joe Jordan and Kevin Bond.

The duo have been in limbo at White Hart Lane since Harry Redknapp was sacked earlier this month.

Both Jordan and Bond were brought in by Redknapp and played key parts in the former Portsmouth manager’s backroom staff.

The move is a further clearing of the decks by Spurs in preparation for the appointment of the club’s new manager.

Former Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas is in pole position for the post and has held extensive talks with Spurs over taking charge.

The 34-year-old may only take over another club after 1st July as per the terms of his dismissal from Chelsea.
