Belgian striker Kevin Mirallas is still a wanted man, despite the fact that he will not move to Bayern Munich this summer, his agent has confirmed.
Mirallas, who currently turns out for Greek champions Olympiacos, was widely linked with a move to the Bavarians – but they have opted to look elsewhere.
Nevertheless, a transfer away from the Greek Super League is still on the cards for the man who scored 20 goals in 25 top flight games last season.
Speaking about the fact that Bayern Munich decided not to buy the 24-year-old, Mirallas’ agent Christophe Henrotay told Sudpresse that "this does not mean there is not more interest in him.
"Bayern won’t take him, but this is just because they have bought Xherdan Shaqiri from Basel – but they were very interested in Kevin.
"Discussions were ongoing, but we did not speak about the financial aspect.
"We’re still talking with a club at the moment. I can’t say any more."
