Former Barcelona striker Eidur Gudjohnsen is wanted by two clubs in Italy, his agent has revealed.
Gudjohnsen recently parted company with Greek Super League side AEK Athens, who have been experiencing financial difficulties.
Now the Icelandic forward is on the lookout for a new club and playing in Italy could appeal to the 33-year-old.
"My client has recently ended his spell at AEK and is waiting for offers", Magnus Magnusson told Tutto Mercato.
"Italy is a wonderful place. A place Eidur would love", he continued.
"Chievo Verona or Pescara, why not? It is a great league and all the teams are attractive."
Gudjohnsen has played for some of the biggest clubs in world football, including Barcelona, Chelsea and Monaco.
