Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp has appeared to express some irritation at Robert Lewandowski’s advisers.

The German club’s prolific striker has been strongly linked with an exit this summer, with Manchester United mooted as leading the chase for his signature, while Lewandowski himself further fanned the flames by admitting he wants to play in the Premier League.

The player’s advisers have been active in commenting on their client’s situation and the 23-year-old’s contract at Dortmund only runs until 2014.

Nevertheless, the Bundesliga champions do not want to sell Lewandowski and Klopp is not best pleased with the people who surround his hitman.

"I have absolutely no problem with Robert", Klopp told Sport Bild.

"His advisers, however, are not be part of my team."

Dortmund will battle hard to keep hold of Lewandowski this summer, particularly in light of already having lost one of their finest players from last season to Manchester United, Shinji Kagawa.

Should Lewandowski follow in Kagawa’s footsteps, it would be a heavy blow for Dortmund to absorb so close to the new Bundesliga campaign.
