Spain midfielder Andres Iniesta has revealed it is difficult for La Roja to continue to keep the concentration and formula the same after winning the last three major international tournaments in a row.
La Roja have won the 2008 European Championship, the 2010 World Cup and in the summer picked up the 2012 European Championship.
relatedNewsStorySpain have now switched their focus towards qualifying for the 2014 World Cup, in the cause for which they meet France tomorrow evening.
Iniesta admits though that continuing to stay at the very top of world international football is difficult and all the more so because of the consistent success which has been enjoyed.
"After winning a World Cup and a European Championship it is difficult to keep playing with the same dynamism and concentration", explained the Barcelona midfielder.
"But the group of players is the same and we need to qualify for the World Cup in Brazil", he stressed.
Iniesta also looked towards the qualifier against France, a match he well understands the importance of, given that Les Bleus also want top spot in Group I.
"The match on Tuesday is important because France are direct competitors for qualifying", said the midfielder.
Both Spain and France have won their two games in qualifying so far, leaving the pair locked on six points each at the top of Group I.
