Neymar is planning to learn English and Spanish, as speculation continues to rumble on over just where the 20-year-old striker will eventually end up.

The Brazil international currently turns out for Santos in his homeland and is expected to see out his contract with the club, which runs until 2014, although it is also thought to contain a clause which allows for a two-year extension.

relatedNewsStoryLeaving Brazil in the summer of 2014 would see Neymar move on after the country has hosted the next World Cup, meaning he could potentially bow out on top of the world.

He will have no shortage of options when he does decide to move on, with Barcelona, Chelsea, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain all interested in a striker whose potential has been described as "frightening".

Neymar has now perhaps dropped a little hint over where he could move, by revealing he is planning to learn English and Spanish.

"I want to learn English and Spanish", said the striker.

"But, between my family and my son, I do not have time to do everything", he added.

"Hopefully I will be able to organise courses."

Asked whether he would like to learn Catalan, in a clear nod to Barcelona, Neymar played it cool.

"I want to learn a universal language, like English."

Neymar was recently advised to quit Brazil for Europe as soon as possible by former Brazil international Rivaldo.

At present he seems unlikely to take the forward’s advice, but interested parties will no doubt keep a close eye on the Santos star in case he has a change of heart.
