Newcastle manager Alan Pardew is sure that his side can come back from Anfield on Sunday with three precious points, having put Liverpool to the sword.
Pardew takes his Magpies to Merseyside for a Premier League clash which is important for both clubs, with each feeling they are punching below their weight in the league standings so far.
Newcastle will though have to turn recent history on its head to achieve a positive outcome, having not won at Anfield in the league for 18 years.
However, Pardew is certain that his side have what it takes to end that poor run of visits to Liverpool.
"I believe I can win every game", the former Charlton manager told the BBC’s Football Focus programme.
"I am Newcastle manager, I shouldn’t be in a job if I don’t think I can win every game", he continued.

Newcastle will be acutely aware of Liverpool’s goalscoring problems and Pardew has told Reds boss Brendan Rodgers that he should not have allowed Andy Carroll to leave if he did not have another striker lined up.
Rodgers will hope to be having the last laugh by full time on Sunday, with Luis Suarez ready to offer Liverpool a potent goal threat.
