Neymar produced yet another example of his brilliance last night by firing home a hat-trick in Santos’ impressive 4-0 win away at Cruzeiro.
The 20-year-old striker, who only recently clocked up an astonishing 200 appearances for Santos, slotted home his first from around the penalty area, receiving a cross and steering it past the Cruzeiro goalkeeper.
Neymar’s second was near identical to his first, with the ball being fed across the penalty area, while this time he fired it home from a little further outside the penalty spot.
The Brazil star’s third was again the result of good work from his team-mates who laid the ball on a platter for him to find the back of the net.
Neymar though had yet again proven lethal and underlined just why so many of Europe’s elite are desperate to snap him up.
