Leandro Damiao believes it is not the right time for him to think about making the move from Brazil to Europe.

The talented 23-year-old striker has a whole host of suitors in Europe, with English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur having led the chase, with their latest bid for Damiao having been made during the summer transfer window.

But tempting the Brazil international to quit his current club Internacional is not an easy task, despite the 2012 Brazilian league season coming to an end.

"It is not the right time to think about playing in Europe", Damiao told UOL.

"I just want to continue improving and scoring goals with Internacional."

The striker did admit though that he plans to play in Europe at some point and, asked whether a club like Real Madrid would suit him, insisted indeed they would.

"Every player dreams of playing for a club like this", he said.

"I have a contract. I am comfortable at Internacional and I do not feel there is a reason to leave.

"But it is obvious that one day I will leave Brazil to play in Europe."

Internacional sit eighth in the Brazilian top flight at present, with just three more games left to play.

The title has already been secured by Fluminense, who boast a lead of ten points over second placed Gremio.
