Former Villarreal midfielder Marcos Senna has warned Neymar that to succeed at Barcelona he must be prepared to play second fiddle to Lionel Messi.

Barcelona recently signed Neymar from Brazilian side Santos for a total of €57m and the striker arrives being lauded as the most exciting talent his country has produced since the legendary Pele.

Blaugrana fans are excited over the prospect of Neymar forming a fierce partnership with Messi up front and terrorising the club’s opponents.

Senna though, who recently signed for New York Cosmos, has given Neymar some advice.
