Chelsea are laying down the law to PSV Eindhoven over the Dutch club’s pursuit of defender Jeffrey Bruma.
The Philips Stadion outfit want to buy Bruma from the Blues, having been impressed with his performances while on loan at Hamburg last season.
Now PSV, who enjoy a good relationship with Chelsea, have moved to take the 21-year-old to Holland – and on a permanent deal.
But while Chelsea are willing to play ball and allow Bruma to leave, they have informed PSV that they want a buy-back clause inserting into the agreement, according to the Eindhoven Dagblad.

The fee for that could be as little as €5m, allowing the Blues to easily take Bruma back to Stamford Bridge within a specified time.
Bruma joined Chelsea in 2007, switching from Feyenoord’s youth ranks.
The defender has turned out for Holland at Under-17, Under-19, Under-21 and senior level; he has four caps for the Oranje so far.
