PSV Eindhoven have reached agreements in principle for Jeffrey Bruma and Florian Jozefzoon with Chelsea and RKC Waalwijk respectively, the club’s technical director Marcel Brands has confirmed.

21-year-old Bruma is a centre-back, who joined Chelsea’s youth set-up from Feyenoord at the age of 15.



Bruma, was loaned out to Bundesliga side Hamburg for the past two seasons while also serving a loan spell with Championship club Leicester City in the 2010/11 season.

He has already played for the Netherlands national side and is expected to be offered a four-year deal by PSV.

22-year-old Jozefzoon on the other hand is a striker and a product of Ajax’s youth system.

In 2012, he signed for Waalwijk and scored six goals in 33 appearances for the club.

The striker will sign a three-year deal, with an option for a fourth year.

Brands is very happy with the capture of the duo and told the club’s official site, "They are both talented players with all the required experience. Jeffrey is 21 years old and Florian is 22.

“They fit perfectly with the philosophy of PSV.”

Both players will undergo a medical with the Eredivisie club in the coming days.
