New PSV Eindhoven coach Phillip Cocu is keen for the club to launch a swoop for experienced Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes.
According to Voetbal International, Gomes, a former PSV Eindhoven player, is on Cocu’s shopping list provided either Przemyslaw Tyton or Jeroen Zoet move on to pastures new.
Gomes spent the final half of last season on loan at German outfit Hoffenheim.
The 32-year-old helped the village side avoid relegation from the Bundesliga, although he missed out on first team action after April due to injury.
