Vitesse Arnhem striker Wilfried Bony is all set to complete a move to Premier League side and League Cup winners Swansea City, in a deal worth €12m, according to the player’s agent.
The 24-year-old has been desperate for a move to the Premier League, with Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool all interested.
He became the Eredivisie’s top scorer this season with a remarkable 31 goals in 30 games, while also chipping in with eight assists.
His performances had seen Anzhi Makhachkala also put their name in the hat, but it appears Swansea City will win this race.

No official announcement has been made yet, even as Bony’s agent Francis Kacou was quoted in De Telegraaf as saying the €12m deal was done.
In late May, another of Bony’s agents had revealed that the striker could have completed a January move to Chelsea had he not been participating in the African Cup of Nations with the Ivory Coast.
Dalibor Lacina had gone on to claim that Napoli and Inter Milan were on his client’s case, even if Rafael Benitez’s appointment had caused some uncertainty.
Bony has spent the last two-and-a-half years at Vitesse, following his move from Sparta Prague, and has turned out 77 times for the Eredivisie side.
