Corinthians coach Tite does not begrudge midfielder Paulinho a big-money move to Tottenham Hotspur, even if he insists the player has not yet told him himself that he is leaving.
Spurs have bid €20m for the Brazil international, therefore activating his release clause, and Paulinho is keen to go to White Hart Lane, promising to wrap up the move as quickly as possible following the conclusion of the Confederations Cup.
However, he has not yet informed his club coach Tite of his intentions.
"He has not come to me yet to say that he is leaving", the Corinthians coach was quoted as saying by Voetbal Primeur.

"For the time being, Paulinho is a Corinthians player", he added.
Tite is clear over just what a quality player Spurs will be getting though, with the coach dubbing him one of the best performers in the Confederations Cup and hailing his displays with Corinthians.
"He is one of the best players in this Confederations Cup", said the Brazilian tactician.
"And he was worth his weight in gold in the past season."
